Custom made and personalized orders
We are happy to discuss custom orders (for example a personal affirmation) via Etsy messages. Just write me a message. For every personalization I will send you a preview in advance. So that you know what your individual design looks like and you are 100% satisfied.If you have any questions or problems, you can always contact me.
care instructions
All textiles should always be washed according to the instructions for the respective item. Basically, all textiles last longer if you wash them inside out and hang them dry. It is important never to iron over the print; you should always leave it out or iron it inside out.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift message: Unfortunately not yet possible.Packaging: The organic packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled paper.The delivery only contains the item, no delivery note or invoice. With the tracking data you can see when your gift will arrive and inform the recipient in personal words.
Return & Exchange
We know that sometimes things can't go perfectly. If your order is not perfect, you will of course receive a replacement/refund. Just write me a message. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied.We don't want to create waste or tie up countless resources. The ecological way is to ensure that only what is actually worn is produced. Therefore, each item is manufactured individually.This means there are no exchange options to get a different size or because you have decided otherwise. Please look at the size details carefully and only order what you like.
